Dr. Albert running some tests on a patient while doing morning rounds.

Dr. Todd J. Albert is the president and chief spine surgeon at the Rothman Institute and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.  This is a photo essay for Orthopedics This Week about a humble and caring genius who cuts people’s bodies open and works on them as calmly and effectively as if he were carrying out a mundane task.

Dr. Albert is a wonderful, fabulous doctor. My scoliosis was 82 degrees before Dr. Albert worked magic. No one can tell that i ever had scoliosis at all now. Most important, i’m practically pain free and able to do anything i want. If anyone out there has scoliosis and surgery is recommended please, don’t hesitate, trust Dr. Albert, you will not regret it!! :)
