the process of remembering: a photoblog by andrew huth

“A Photographer”

lis-camera-girl.jpg

Lis lives in Wyoming now.  She lives the role of a photographer, a survivor, an athlete, and a fantastic banana shake maker among many other things, but mostly importantly to me she is a friend.  Not so long ago she could have been spotted roaming her home in the Northeast with a camera slung around her shoulder being a witness to the beauty around her.  Now she bears witness to the beauty of the West through the viewfinder of her camera.  A bit selfishly perhaps, I often find myself wishing I could once again see her hunched over her camera making the world beautiful around her.  Go check out her photos on Flickr by clicking HERE.

I was surprised & happy to see this. Lis is a good flickr friend of mine, one of my favorites. I remember seeing some time back her mention of you on her site. She’s one of those people you instantly like & I’m hoping to meet her in person one day.
