Strange and mind blowing creatures lurk within the depths of the substance that covers about 70% of our world. How crazy scary and awesome would it be to photograph this thing without a glass between us?! Maybe the vast oceans are not finished with me yet. Someday…..

Dang this picture is really cool (and a little scary !). It always amazes me how you create such intersting light and dark spaces in scenes that probaly look mundane to the average eye.

Steve: These were taken at the Atlanta Aquarium—I was in Atlanta recently for a friend’s wedding.
