“The Ice Cream Guy”

ice-cream-table.jpg

My brother-in-law Rich (green shirt) works a 9-5 job in an office, but outside of that he happens to be one of the best chef I know—don’t get me started on his homemade spicy chicken wings/sauce from several different peppers and grapes!  It seems a tradition now that when there are family gatherings, Rich and Allison generously spends a great deal of time treating us to his culinary treasures.  One of the fan favorites is his homemade ice cream that my father can’t seem to keep away from.  To be fair however you can see here that my father isn’t the only one with that problem.  Heck, even I have a scoop or two (and I don’t normally eat ice cream—yeah I know I have been told I’m weird) whenever I am offered some.

You got to love the family gathering! Just like the memory of your fathers fishing expeditions the kids will remember Riche’s fabulous homemade ice cream. Have you ever tried it with snow in the winter time?

I have to say, never occurred to me to put snow on my ice cream. However, that kind of does sound tempting, but I’m sure mothers all over the world would frown on it—-no wait, I think that’s yellow snow—never mind ;-)
