How could this be? Another photo of us together? Sure. It’s pretty rare for Heather and me to be in a photo together since I am always behind the camera (yes I certainly do the world a favor by staying away from the front of the lens as much as possible Enjoy it while it lasts since I most likely won’t be making a cameo on my blog again for a long time. Heather’s Dad and Bonnie came down to join us in watching our guy (Heather’s and mine) Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns play the 76ers in Philly (sorry Sixers fans). The game was great and it was fun to watch Nash warmup and goof around like a real human being, but more enjoyable than that was showing Heather’s Dad and Bonnie a bit of brotherly love, as the saying goes around here. Besides decorating a house better than Martha Stewart, Bonnie is a blooming photographer and captured this lovely picture of Heather being cold and what looks like my toupee about to lift off into the Philly wind.

Oh why Steve Nash you ask? Well, besides being one of the best talents in the NBA, from what I know of him he is a humble guy who says things like, yeah I love what I do, but let’s face it, I’m just playing a game—it’s really not that important. Beyond having an attitude like that, he as a rule does not endorse any products unless the contract states that a good portion of the money is used for something better than giving him a check to deposit. I guess for me those are good enough reasons to check out one of his games while he was in town.
