the process of remembering: a photoblog by andrew huth

I am a proud uncle of my nephew William so I have been posting pictures of him these past few months. However, I rarely have pictures of William and me so my sister Allison fixed that sent me these recent photos of Heather and me with Mr. Chubby Cheeks.

I included the photo of Heather blinking, because after my sister took the photo she said, “ahh this is so great, but Heather’s eyes are closed!” I laughed because I have often said that my wife’s eyes are directly linked to the shutter blades of my camera. She always seems to blink exactly at the right (or wrong) moment. I guess that’s what happens to you when you live with a photographer—defense reflex!
