Grace appears to be laughing in her sleep while Dad tries to wake her up.  More than likely she has been awake the whole time and is trying to figure out how much longer she wants to mess with him.  These little ones must be thinking, “ahh these strange giant creatures are so simple minded, all I have to do is scrunch my face into a tiny peanut shape and they get all unintelligible and coochy coo over me.”  ”Okay enough fun, I better get up.”
