the process of remembering: a photoblog by andrew huth

For what proved to be an extremely hot week, tonight was a beautifully breezy night here.  We took advantage of the refreshingly mild weather by taking a walk.  Not wanting to go back inside we sat on our apartment steps and chatted about the day.  After a long day I love these small moments with Heather.

She is so adorable. I think you two make a cute couple. The shirt is great. I’m glad you left this one in color. I think it is really creative the way you did the middle photo of just her shirt. Very nice.

Thanks Bobbie. Yeah I do still enjoy photos in color ;-) even though you can’t tell these days. Yeah I thought it would be fun to add a frame of just the collar of her shirt. However, I am sort of a bad designer and that’s why my layouts are pretty simple. I need to take some lessons from my brother—he is a design genius.

Heather seems to like sticking her tongue out at you. I wonder how to read that :)

Yeah you and me both Jeff. Hmmmm I wonder why she wouldn’t speak to me for the rest of the night after our walk? :-)

So, son! … is My Precious sticking her tongue out at YOU for some reason, or did she just snatch a fly from mid flight? … you know, like she does every so often? Just curious.

What a nice series of shots…
And I like that shirt, too.
Please let Heather know that she is beautiful!
