Memorial Day Weekend: Day 7

I think the kids were found more often in this sandbox than anywhere else this Memorial Day weekend. I was told my brother’s friend David P, a college mathematics professor, applied the Pythagorean Theorem while drawing up the diagram for the construction of this sandbox. To my surprise I also discovered that about 4 tons of sand was required to fill this box. As you can see from the third photo, I am sure the amount of sand in that box will become less and less over the years.

Love the handprints. Don’t know if I’d love them if they were on my car though, LOL.
