The Process of Remembering: a photoblog by andrew huth

flying-high.jpg

For some reason I love pictures of people defying gravity and looking happy while doing it (I have another picture of my friend Kris in Italy making a similar jump that perhaps I will post tomorrow).  Maybe it has something to do with my deep desire to fly.  Maybe its because it serves as a reminder that “can’t” is a word I don’t like.  Here’s to defying the many things that pull and keep us down.  Happy weekend everyone.

    Very nice =)

Seeing the photos brought back memories before I’d even scrolled down to read your commentary! Looks like a gorgeous weekend out east, just like in Chicago…

What about the photo of you leaping skyward between the rows of cypress and olive trees? Do we get to see that, too?

They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength! They shall mount up with wings as eagles. They will run and not be weary. They will walk and not faint! (Isaiah 40) And a song my Grandpa Goodhall loved to sing: “Some glad morning when this life is o’ver, I’ll fly away!”—-Love you guys!
