There is something wonderful about a child, both in being one and in being older than one. As children we allow ourselves, both consciously and unconsciously, to be vulnerable enough to need others and to embrace this need with all our hearts, body, soul and mind. In large parts as adults, we allow ourselves to love unconditionally no matter the hardship and find ourselves often, both upon reflection and in the present, gleefully happy in the process. These small ones can often bring out the best in humanity.

Thank you SO much, Andrew.
This little guy is so precious to me.
Children truly are gifts from God, as are the grandchildren that come after them. They are, indeed, His reward!
