The Process of Remembering: a photoblog by andrew huth

The Day After

It was just a few years ago our friends A&D (center) got married. Now, they are preparing for the arrival of their first baby. A group of us decided to use the wedding to spend the weekend together, so the day after the wedding we walked around Boston killing some time before heading to watch the Fourth of July fireworks by the river. Walking around Quincy Market we ran into our newly married friends, much to all our surprise. Looking at this picture I am reminded how much life can change in such a short time. A&D, your baby will have much to be grateful for in having you two as parents.

That was a great weekend, i still remember it with great fondness. I re-learned how to drive stick to get to the church and reception hall. I think i only stalled twice on my way to the church. I’m looking forward to the new Hollenbach.

Hey Charles. Yeah, I agree that weekend was a blast. I often find myself wishing that all of us lived in the same neighborhood so we can have times like this more often. I am glad we get to do this at least once a year however.
