I loved the fact that the groom decided to stay true to his country background and chose to dress modestly and uniquely—at least in the view of this Yankee from New York. I thought since they took the time to be interesting in their apparel that I would also try to be a bit unique in portraying them. I think I recall someone behind me, watching me take the second shot, say, “what’s he doing—is he taking a picture of the ground (something I was getting good at doing that day ;-) No not this time.
