On our last night in Wyoming, Heather and I drove to the Buffalo Bill Dam and waited for the sunset (this is a picture of a rock face near the dam while the sun started to go down). Heather, like me, perpetually cold was dressed for an antarctic blizzard. We parked on the side of a road and with my cameras on both shoulders and Heather with the tripod and backpack, we watched and waited for the light to fade. While feeling the cool evening air pass across my face and watching the evening light paint on hers, changing her colors orange, red, yellow and blue, I thought to myself, “yeah I could see us doing this for a long long time.” I hope we can.
