“5 Years”

On this day five years ago around 10 at night and after months of chemo and radiation for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, the bone marrow of a woman named Brandy from North Carolina flowed through my wife’s veins. It changed her. It changed me. Brandy…..thank you. You changed her. You changed me.
God, friends, family, strangers, doctors, nurses, science, cards, calls, good food, sacrifice, tears, laugher, hugs, whispers, prayers, faith, LOVE…..and again, Brandy.
To be involved in the fight against cancer or to learn more about it, the sites below are a good start.

…and a symbol of our Creator and Savior and Brother adorns her, assuring this mother that this gift–my daughter–is never alone, and never has been! I love you, my Morning Flower.
