Part 1 of 3.
During a walk with some of my family and my uncle’s girlfriend, Heather, near my parent’s house this past Memorial Day weekend, we ran into a white peahen on the road. My family stayed back initially so that I could get close enough to photograph it without scaring it. I had no idea if white peahen would attack, so initially I was a bit scared. However, in time we found out that it liked people and someone had it as a pet.

i like the way you have a group portrait of sorts framed above and behind this striking/strutting peacock. it looks like a drum major setting the pace for the rest of your party!
