Life at times feels both transient and permanent. It feels both fragile and resilient. Sometimes I don't know what to make of it all. The process of remembering a life being lived is a way for me to experience it with more meaning or intention. Thank you for taking the time to visit here and sharing a slice of my life. I love to hear from other people so please feel free to leave comments for me. My main (non-blog) photography site is at www.andrewhuth.com

So very interesting that you wrote that Kris. I too felt like I was fighting the orientation. I thought maybe it had something to do with not having been completely flush with the ground when I took it. Regardless, I couldn't put my finger on the problem. Thank you so very much for expressing why it works better turned clockwise 90 degrees. It feels more peaceful this way.

Andrew

nice... i want to fight the orientation, however... what about top/bottom becoming right/left respectively after a 90degree turn clockwise?

not sure why i prefer this, except maybe the diagonal foil of the brown leaf, partially buried, which is currently in the upper left-hand corner! are those co-ordinates confusing enough? =)

cheers,
k

A more appropriate title to this work would be, "Wet Leaf on Greenish Tinted Ground" ... don't you think?
