You sort of wonder who is in charge in this picture — the man, the dog, or the cell??
Those of us with dogs know that the dog is clearly in charge…I am confident that this guy has a dog as a chick magnet- a small puppy is a great way to start conversations….
So effective that it seems to work for him even through a phone
